New incentives proposed in Italy for alternative fuel conversions

“Italian LPG and LNG association Assogasliquidi has made a proposal to the Government to introduce incentives of up to 900 Euros for the conversion of Euro 4 and 5 vehicles to Autogas and natural gas. The objective is to modernise the country’s fleet, one of the oldest in Europe, as well as to achieve the goals of reducing harmful emissions into the air.” — read the full report at autogas.net

Just what we need in South-East Asia to simplify the reduction in transport pollution. In the Philippines, the mandate is that even diesel Euro-4 PUVMP qualified vehicles are to be converted to LPG with Diesel blend.
